What You Get When the Work is Done Properly
A reliable integration is not just a technical output. It is documentation your team can read, a codebase you can operate, and a relationship that does not disappear after handover.

Assessment Before Build
We look at your systems before proposing any work. The Bedrock Review exists because sometimes the answer is to wait.
Thorough Handover Docs
Every integration is handed over with complete written documentation. Your team can operate and maintain the connection independently.
Named Engineer for Maintenance
One engineer is responsible for your integration long-term. Not a rotating support queue — a person who knows your specific setup.
Timelines We Commit To
The Solid Integration typically takes around five weeks. We scope carefully and hold to what we quote.
Bangkok-Based and Accessible
Our office is in Ratchathewi. In-person meetings are straightforward. No time zone friction, no offshore communication delays.
Gradual, Managed Extension
Quarterly maintenance reviews give you a structured opportunity to extend capabilities at a pace your team can absorb.
Each Benefit, Examined
Professional Expertise in AI Integration
Integration work requires a different skill set from application development. Sila Tech's team has worked on enterprise API connections for several years before the current generation of AI services became widely available. That background means we approach new AI APIs with the same discipline: we read documentation carefully, we test edge cases, and we design for failure states — not just happy paths.
- Structured discovery process before any technical proposal
- Engineers with backgrounds in enterprise middleware and API architecture
- Direct communication with the engineers on your project
Technology and Practical Standards
We work with the AI APIs and platforms that are production-ready and well-documented. We do not trial experimental services in client environments. Every integration uses version-controlled code, structured logging and clear error handling — the baseline that makes long-term maintenance possible. We choose technologies based on what will still be maintainable in three years, not what is currently prominent in industry coverage.
- Version-controlled codebase handed over at project close
- Structured test suite included in handover package
- Clear logging and monitoring built into every integration
A Service Model Built Around Continuity
The Maintenance Service assigns a named engineer to your integration. This is not a shared support inbox — it is a specific person who knows your configuration, your business context, and the history of decisions made during the build. Quarterly reviews are substantive: we look at how the integration is performing, discuss any upstream API changes, and consider whether any extension makes sense.
- One named engineer per maintenance client
- Quarterly structured reviews, not just reactive support
- Extension proposals raised only when appropriate
Pricing That Reflects the Scope
Our three services are priced transparently. The Bedrock Review at ฿4,800 is sized for an assessment, not a project. The Solid Integration at ฿11,000 covers a full build, testing and handover. The Maintenance Service at ฿17,400 per year provides ongoing care and quarterly reviews. There are no retainer arrangements with ambiguous deliverables and no add-on fees that appear after the contract is signed.
- Published prices for all three services
- Full quotation with VAT before any work begins
- No change orders added mid-project without agreement
Outcomes Measured in Operational Terms
A successful integration is one that operates without constant attention, that your team can understand, and that holds up when the API on the other end updates. We measure our work against those operational criteria — not abstract performance metrics. After handover, clients typically report that they can modify configuration settings independently, that the documentation answered their follow-up questions, and that the integration continued functioning without issues through subsequent API updates.
- Operational stability as the primary success criterion
- Documentation written for your team's skill level
- Maintenance reviews track performance over quarters
Sila Tech vs. Typical Providers
Most differences come down to scope honesty, documentation discipline and post-handover care.

| Pre-build assessment report | ||
| Full handover documentation | Sometimes, brief | |
| Version-controlled code handover | Varies | |
| Named engineer for ongoing support | ||
| Quarterly structured reviews | ||
| Published transparent pricing | Rarely | |
| Bangkok office, in-person available | Varies |
What Sila Tech Does That Most Do Not
The Bedrock Review as a Standalone Service
Most providers will assess for free in exchange for a commitment to build. We charge separately for the assessment because it has real value on its own — and because it keeps our recommendations free from commercial pressure.
Engineer Continuity on Maintenance Contracts
A named engineer stays with a maintenance client for the duration of the contract. When that engineer leaves the company, we notify clients and manage a structured handover to their replacement — rather than hoping clients notice the change.
Handover Packages Designed to Be Used
Documentation is written with the assumption that someone who was not involved in the build will need to operate the integration later. It covers architecture decisions, environment setup, configuration options and known limitations — not just a usage guide.
Capacity Management
We limit the number of concurrent projects we take on. If we are at capacity when you contact us, we will say so and discuss timelines rather than take your project and deliver it poorly.
