Built on the Idea That Steady Beats Fast
Sila Tech was formed to do one thing carefully: connect AI services to the systems Bangkok businesses already depend on.
← Back to HomeFrom the Ground Up
Sila Tech came together in 2021 when three engineers — each with backgrounds in enterprise software integration — decided there was a gap in Bangkok's technology services market. Larger agencies were treating AI as a sales feature. Smaller freelancers lacked the depth to deliver production-grade connections. Neither option gave businesses what they actually needed: a firm foundation they could trust over time.
The name draws from the Thai word for stone. It reflects the design philosophy behind every engagement: connections that do not shift, documentation that persists, and an engineering standard that holds up under the pressures of day-to-day business operation.
We kept the practice small on purpose. A focused team means every client has access to the people who actually built their integration. Reviews are substantive, not routine. Extensions are proposed when they make sense, not when they generate billing.
Our office is in Ratchathewi, Bangkok. We take on work across Thailand and occasionally in the wider Southeast Asian region when the project scope fits our capacity.
Core Principles
-
Durability first
Integrations built to operate reliably, not to impress in a demo.
-
Documentation as a deliverable
Every build is handed over with thorough written records your team can follow.
-
Honest scope
We assess before we propose. The Bedrock Review exists because not every system should be integrated right away.
-
Named accountability
Maintenance clients have a named engineer. One person is responsible and familiar with your setup.
The Engineers Behind the Work
A small team where every person is involved in the work they deliver.
Nattakorn Kositchai
Co-founder & Lead Engineer
Nattakorn leads technical architecture for all integration builds. He came from enterprise middleware development and has a particular interest in API stability and graceful degradation.
Siriya Rattanawong
Co-founder & Systems Analyst
Siriya handles the Bedrock Review process and client discovery. She spent several years assessing enterprise software readiness at a regional consultancy before co-founding Sila Tech.
Pongsakorn Suthep
Integration Engineer
Pongsakorn develops and tests the majority of Sila Tech's integration builds. He focuses on long-term code maintainability and is the named engineer for most Maintenance Service clients.
How We Maintain Quality
Each project follows a consistent set of technical and professional protocols.
Version-Controlled Codebase
All integration code is maintained in version control from the first commit. Change history is part of the handover package.
Structured Testing Protocol
Every integration undergoes unit and integration testing before handover. Test cases are documented and shared with the client.
Data Handling Agreements
We establish data handling agreements before any discovery work that involves client systems or business data.
Handover Documentation
Each Solid Integration is delivered with written documentation covering architecture, configuration and operational guidance for your team.
Quarterly Maintenance Reviews
Maintenance clients receive a quarterly review covering integration performance, any upstream API changes, and options for extension.
Direct Engineer Communication
Clients communicate directly with the engineers on their project. There are no account management layers filtering technical questions.
What We Know and Where We Work
Sila Tech operates at the boundary between AI services and existing business software. The integrations we build sit at that boundary permanently — they need to be maintained, monitored and adjusted as both sides evolve. This is different from building a new application from scratch, and it requires a particular kind of patience and discipline.
Our technical focus includes REST and webhook-based API connections, document processing pipelines, natural language processing layers, and the authentication and security arrangements that responsible data handling requires. We work with systems common in Thai business environments including ERP platforms, CRM tools, line-of-business applications and communication systems.
The industries we have served in Bangkok include professional services, logistics coordination, document-heavy administrative environments, and customer communication operations. Each integration starts with an understanding of how the business actually operates — not an assumption that a standard pattern will fit.
We keep our client list manageable because quality maintenance requires time. If we reach capacity, we say so rather than over-commit. Our goal is to build a small number of integrations that work well for years, not a large number that require constant troubleshooting.
