Three Services, Sized for Each Stage
Start with an honest assessment. Build when the scope is clear. Maintain what you build over time. Each service stands on its own.
← Back to HomeHow We Approach Integration Work
Every AI integration project begins with a structured review of the systems involved. We do not assume a connection is viable until we have examined the relevant APIs, data flows, authentication requirements and operational constraints. This review is formalised as the Bedrock Review — a standalone service that produces a written report your team can read and act on.
When we build, we work to a documented scope and a fixed timeline. The Solid Integration is designed for a single AI service connection, engineered to be stable and maintainable. After handover, clients who want ongoing care can move to the Maintenance Service, which provides quarterly reviews and a named engineer for the life of the contract.
Bedrock Review
A firm technical assessment of where AI integrations could be built reliably within your systems. We examine one to two of your existing tools, document the API landscape, identify integration points and flag any constraints. The output is a clear written report — not a sales pitch for the next step.
- Covers one to two systems
- Written findings report delivered to you
- Includes options — you decide the pace
- No obligation to proceed with a build
Process
Initial consultation to understand your tools and workflows
Technical review of the relevant APIs and system documentation
Written report with findings, options and scope estimates
Follow-up session to walk through the report and answer questions
Solid Integration
We build a durable integration connecting a chosen AI service to your tools, engineered for steadiness. The build includes testing, documentation and a structured handover so your team can take ownership. Typical project duration is around five weeks.
- Full development from scope to handover
- Unit and integration test suite included
- Version-controlled codebase handed over
- ~5 week delivery timeline
Process
Scope agreement based on Bedrock Review findings (or fresh scoping session)
Development with weekly progress updates
Testing in a staging environment with your team involved
Handover session with documentation walkthrough
Maintenance Service
Ongoing maintenance of your integrations with careful extension over time. You have a named engineer assigned to your account who knows your integration thoroughly. Quarterly reviews cover performance, upstream changes and considered extension options.
- Named engineer throughout the contract
- 4 structured quarterly reviews per year
- API change monitoring and response
- Gradual, managed capability extension
What Each Quarter Covers
Integration performance and stability review
Upstream API change assessment and updates if needed
Discussion of any extension options that make sense
Updated documentation reflecting any changes made
Choosing the Right Service
Most clients start with the Bedrock Review. Many then proceed to the Solid Integration. Some take both services to a Maintenance contract.

Best for: Bedrock Review
Businesses exploring AI for the first time, or those that want an independent view before committing to a build.
Best for: Solid Integration
Organisations with a clear AI use case that need a reliable, documented connection built to a fixed timeline and price.
Best for: Maintenance Service
Businesses that have an integration running and want sustained care, monitoring and gradual capability growth over time.
Technical Protocols Across All Services
Version Control
All code is version-controlled from day one. The full history is part of the handover.
Data Handling Agreements
NDA and data handling terms established before any system access occurs.
Documented Test Suites
Tests are written, run and included in the handover package for every build.
Logging and Monitoring
Structured logging and basic monitoring are built into every integration by default.
Error and Retry Logic
Every integration is designed for failure states. Retries and error escalation paths are specified before build.
Operational Documentation
Documentation is written to be used — covering architecture, config, known issues and operational guidance.
